We're thrilled to announce that we're going back to school. Slows To Go will be a featured guest restaurant in the Ross School of Business. We'll be open for Thursday lunch in the Seigle Cafe this semester.
Chef Brian Perrone, who has appeared and competed on the Travel Channel’s “Best Sandwich in America,” said he was excited to bring Slows to the Ross community.
“Slows Bar BQ is extremely excited to bring our unique spin on classic barbecue to the Ross School of Business,” he said. “We hope to gain new Slows fans and encourage students and faculty to come and visit us in Detroit and Grand Rapids for the full experience."
