Slows at the Ross School of Business

Slows To Go will be a featured guest restaurant in the Ross School of Business. We'll be open for lunch Tuesday and Thursday afternoons in the Seigle Cafe during Winter semester.

Tuesday 3/28 Menu:

  • St. Louis Rib Plate - Quarter Slab of our St. Louis Spare Ribs. Served with choice of two sides.
  • Pulled Brisket Plate - Pulled beef brisket in a tangy smokehouse sauce, served with choice of two sides.
  • The New Style - Chopped beef brisket, sautéed onions & mushrooms, Hoffman’s Super Sharp cheddar sauce & pickled onions on a sub bun.
  • Pulled Pork & Black Bean Chili
  • Four Bean Vegetarian Chili
  • Mac & Cheese
  • Pit Smoked Baked Beans
  • Slaw

Thursday 3/30** Menu:**

  • Pulled Pork Plate - Pork butt, smoked slow & pulled, served with choice of two sides.
  • Sliced Brisket Plate - Beef brisket, dry rubbed and slow smoked, sliced to order, served with choice of two sides.
  • The Reason - Pork butt, smoked slow & pulled, bathed in NC Sauce and topped with our signature coleslaw & dill pickle strips.
  • The Yardbird - Smoked chicken, pulled apart, tossed in Yardbird sauce, with sautéed mushrooms, cheddar cheese & topped with Applewood bacon.
  • Mac & Cheese
  • Sweet Potato Mash
  • Slaw
