Slows at the Ross School of Business

Slows To Go will be a featured guest restaurant in the Ross School of Business. We'll be open for lunch Tuesday and Thursday afternoons in the Seigle Cafe during Winter semester. This is the last week for this Semester!!

Tuesday 4/11 Menu:

  • Pork Plate - Pork butt, smoked slow and pulled, served with choice of two sides
  • Pulled Brisket Plate -Pulled beef brisket in a tangy smokehouse sauce. Served with choice of two sides
  • The Reason - Pork butt, smoked slow and pulled, bathed in NC sauce and topped with our signature coleslaw and dill pickle strips on a poppy seed bun.
  • The Mary Ann - Pulled beef brisket in a tangy smokehouse sauce with dill pickles and thinly sliced onion on a poppy seed bun.
  • Mac & Cheese
  • Slaw
  • Pit Smoked Baked Beans

Thursday 4/13 Menu:

  • Baby Back Rib Plate - Quarter Slab of our award-winning dry rubbed signature ribs. Served with choice of two sides
  • Sliced Brisket Plate - Beef brisket, dry rubbed and slow smoked, sliced to order. Served with choice of two sides
  • The Mike Hammer - Pork butt, smoked slow, pulled and sauteed in Chipotle BBQ sauceĀ  and topped with our signature coleslaw and dill pickle strips on a poppy seed bun.
  • Vegetarian Four Bean Chili
  • Pulled Pork & Black Bean Chili
  • Mac & Cheese
  • Slaw
  • Original Baked Beans
